It is a condition of using this site as a visitor or advertiser that you accept and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

  1. Copyright. The Holy Bridal Ltd hold intellectual copyright of this database of wedding information. Information taken from the site, including details of companies listed and editorial content cannot be copied without the expressed permission of The Holy Bridal Ltd, nor can it be used for any commercial purpose. All images, text and videos on this web site are protected by copyright.
  2. Availability. The Holy Bridal Ltd cannot be held responsible for the temporary unavailability of all or parts of the site and mobile app, due to faults or updates. You acknowledge that it is technically impossible to provide the Site & app free of faults and that we do not undertake to do so; that faults may lead to the temporary unavailability of the Site & app; and that the operation of the Site may be adversely affected by conditions and performances outside our control, including, without limitation, transmission and telecommunications links between us and you and between us and other systems and networks. We may make changes in the site & application at any time.
  3. No Warranty. We make no warranties or representations, whether express or implied, in relation to the Site, app or the Content, including but not limited to implied warranties or conditions of completeness, accuracy, satisfactory quality and fitness for a particular purpose. Some of the Content is supplied to us (directly and indirectly) by third parties and accordingly we can offer no warranty of whatever nature in relation to such Content.
  4. Liability. In no event shall we be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from or in any way connected with the Site & app or your use of or reliance upon the Content or any information you obtain by means of the Site& app whether based on contract, tort, negligence, statutory duty or otherwise, even if we or any of our suppliers has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage. Your statutory rights in relation to any goods or services purchased through the Site are not affected.
  5. Links to Third-Party Sites This Site may contain hyperlinks to other web sites. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the availability of such external sites, and do not endorse and are not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such sites. You are solely responsible for evaluating any goods or services offered by us or third parties via the Site and that we will not be in any way responsible for any transactions between you and third parties.
  6. Passwords. We reserve the right to change all or any of the passwords used by you in connection with the site, and to suspend your access to the site without further notice to yourself. Password reminders can only be sent to the email address specified on the account.
  7. Personal Information Policy. We may use your Personal Information to inform you of new features of the Site. We may also provide your Personal Information to carefully selected third parties. If you do not wish to receive such information from us or directly from other suppliers, notify us by email to info@theholybridal.co.uk
  8. Data Protection This site is governed under the Data Protection Act 1986.
  9. General These terms shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Each of the Clauses of these terms shall be construed separately and independently of each other and the invalidity of any one part shall not affect the validity of any other part.
  10. Privacy Policy - We, The Holy Birdal hold data only for our customers to access the app. However we do not pass this on to any third party with the exception of replying to a bone fide demand from the police or any other regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities. We will not provide any personal data to anyone else for any other reason whatsoever

The following are additional conditions for businesses using this site & application.

  1. Prices for fixed term contracts Prices are for a 12 month contract unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  2. Prices for monthly subscriptions are subject to change with 30 days notice & the option to cancel. Once your first months direct debit has been received you will be fixed in to a 12 month agreement. You will have a 14 day cooling off period after which all 11 remaing payments must be honoured.  
  3. Payment is due on the day of placing the order. Payments can be made by BACS, cheque or Direct Debit and the advert will not be processed until the payment has cleared.
  4. Period. All fixed term subscriptions, unless stated otherwise, are for a period of 12 months.
  5. Cancellations must be made in writing by registered post within 14 days, and sent to The Holy Bridal Ltd, 7 Rockall Way, Bosham, West Sussex PO18 8AD. Any cancellations made by email will be acknowledged by return; it is assumed that no email has been received if no acknowledgement is sent.
  6. Security. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure the security of your card details, The Holy Bridal Ltd cannot be held responsible for any breach of security resulting in a misuse of a card, nor any costs occurring as a result. Please call our office to arrange BACS payment or to make payment by phone if you prefer not to enter your details online.
  7. Advert position. The Holy Bridal Ltd reserves the right to adjust the order in which adverts are displayed, the design of the adverts and the design of the pages on which they are displayed.
  8. Removal. The Holy Bridal Ltd reserves the right to remove any wording, images or business details that we consider inappropriate for the website for any reason and at our own discretion.
  9. Ownership. Any wording, videos or images must be original content owned by the business posting it. The Holy Bridal Ltd reserves the right to re-post this content within the site and reserve the right to alter tags on images added to the image search facility.
  10. Copyright watermarks. Any images showing a copyright watermark from a company other than that posting it will be removed without notice.
  11. Third Parties. The Holy Bridal Ltd are not a party to or in any way responsible for transactions between you and third parties.
  12. Reviews. Any reviews that we suspect are not from or posted on behalf of a bona fide client will be suspended until we can verify authenticity.
  13. Removal of reviews. You have the right to ask us remove the review facility from your account but not to remove individual reviews.
  14. Special offers. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to include their own terms and conditions on any special offer posted and to fulfil each offer.
  15. Advertising third parties. Each advert may only represent the company named on the advert. Third party advertising whether through text, photo credits, video advertising or links is not permitted.
  16. Change of Address. You are responsible for updating your advertisement via the password system if you have any changes to your contact details, and ensuring that your web and email links are correct.
  17. Advert Responses. The Holy Bridal can offer no guarentee that your advert will generate you new business. We aim to promotoe the app as much as possible, to as many areas of the country as possible giving wedding businesses the best chance of being found & contacted on our app. 
  18. Wedding Fairs. When purchasing an exhibition space the above conditions apply to your business in relation to the app listing included within the package. Full payment for our fair spaces is required 4 weeks in advance of your selected date. Partial payment options are available with a 50% deposit required to secure your space. This becomes non-refundable after 14 days. Full payment must then be made 4 weeks before the event. In the event of the fair being cancelled then you will be subject to a full refund within 28 days of the date of notice being given.The option of switching to another event will also be offered. 
  19. If you choose to cancel at anytime after the 14 day cooling off period then your deposit is lost or 50% of your upfront payment. If you have made full payment & need to cancel then we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of that amount up until 6 weeks before your first event at which time the total balance becomes non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 28 days but will not be processed in event that a negative review has been made against the business or if threats are made to do this. 
  20. We can never guarantee attendances at our fairs. We will always do our best to get as many through the doors as possible but also rely on both the venue getting involved with the marketing and exhibitors themselves. No refunds are available after the event for reasons to do with attendance. We keep wriiten records of all of the marketing that takes place from our side but like any form or marketing, nothing is guaranteed. It's also important to note that we are a 3rd party organisor and have no resposibilty for the venues themselves. 
  21. In the event that we are unable to attend one of our wedding fairs we, The Holy Bridal will insure to make every effort that the venue have staff available to organise the day & supply them with exhibitor information in advance. If an extreme event happens and we are not able to do that, it is expected that the venue will be able to conduct a basic set up to allow the event to take place. 
  22. Electricity & Wifi is normally available but this is not a service provided by The Holy Bridal. Tables are provided by the venue and although included in the package, we cannot guarentee exact sizes. All stand sizes quoted are approximate measurements. However if on the day of the event you are not happy with your stand or position, then you must bring this to our attention at that time. We will always look to move people if they aren't happy but will not compensate for this after an event, if we aren't made aware of this on the day. In the event that we are not in attendance then you must ask the venue team to be moved or contact us by email as soon as you can. 
  23. Data -We can never guarantee the accuracy of emails obtained at our fairs. We do our best to transfer the written addresses onto excel but we never put guarantees on data quality as this is a bonus addition to your package.
  24. Some of our fairs are booked more than a year in advance and so we can never guarantee that the dates will not clash with national or local events which may impact attendances. We cannot except responsibility if this occurs however we will always try and avoid major events where possible
  25. Business Exclusivity - We can never guarantee exclusivuty for any category of business unless an "Exclusivity Agreement" has been made in wrting. Most categories have a fair limit of 2 with some expceptions including photography & entertainment. We will always do our best to ensure a fair selection of exhibitors are chosen for each event but can never guarantee the amounts quoted for each fair.  
  1. The Venue - Once we have a written agreement (email) from a venue we will start to book exhibitors and start advertising the event straight away. We reserve the right to cancel the event at any time and if the venue have incurred any costs from their side, we will look to refund these to a reasonable level. 
  2. A venue has the right to cancel the event however if this is done with less then 12 weeks notice then the venue will become liable for any costs incurred to us for marketing the event and for refunds needing to be issued to pre-paid exhibitors. 
  3. To cancel the event, written notice but be given at least 12 weeks before the event date to avoid liability. 
  4. An expectation is in place that the venue will be left for us in good, clean condition. If this is not the case then it is the venues resposbility to sort any issues out on the day. 
  5. Preferred Suppliers of the venues will be given first refusal on stands at a discounted rate. We cannot offer free stands to these. As a 3rd party organiser we rely on selling all the stands so that marketing & running costs can be covered and maximised plus as a business we also need to consider our margins and insure we take a reasonable profit from each event. 
  6. In the event that The Holy Bridal are unable to attend a wedding fair, it is expected that the venue will allow for the day to take place still and if this is not the case, the venue would become liable for costs incurred by The Holy Bridal including exhibitor refunds. Every effort will be made to supply the venue with what they need to run the day. 
  7. Exclusivity - We normally give the hosting venues exclusivity on the day of the event however from time to time we may allow different venues to attend. This will only be the case if they are offering something completely different to the hosting venue to make sure no business is taken away from them.
